Pass and Ticket Policy

Access to the Golden Isles Film Festival requires a valid pass or ticket for entry. It is important to keep in mind that Golden Isles Film Festival passes are non-transferable and non-refundable, as all transactions are considered final once completed.

Due to audience capacities, only purchased tickets will be honored. You cannot swap tickets.

Student and Military Discounts offered. Must show proof of eligibility to get discount. Email info@goldenislesfilmfestival.org to receive code.

Please note that the lineup of scheduled talent is subject to change without prior notice. Kindly be advised that there will be no refunds provided in the event of any alterations. Your pass or ticket serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Additional Policy

By participating in or attending the Golden Isles Film Festival (GIFF), you agree that your name, image, and other personal information may be used by GIFF for promotional purposes indefinitely. This consent extends to GIFF’s affiliated companies, including their agents, contractors, licensors, licensees, representatives, sponsors, partners, successors, assigns, and any duly authorized parties. It is understood that you relinquish any rights or claims associated with the use of your likeness.

Safety Policy

By participating in the Golden Isles Film Festival (GIFF), you are acknowledging and agreeing to abide by the terms of use set forth by the event organizers. GIFF retains the right to decline admission to individuals carrying items that could jeopardize the safety and experience of other attendees. Those found with prohibited items may face refusal of entry or removal from the premises. The festival retains the authority to rescind tickets, passes, or privileges at their discretion without reimbursement, with no accountability on the part of GIFF. Upon purchasing any festival-related materials, you are releasing GIFF, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated parties, including officers, employees, and contractors, from any liability or claims arising from your attendance at a Golden Isles Film Festival occasion.
