Join us for our second pop-up event as we’re screening a feature film, My Partner, by Lance Collins! Tickets are limited.
Mini-Film Series
Our first pop-up event is here! We’re looking to show 2-3 short films (30 minute duration max) with a short panel discussion about the films from the community including student, aspiring and/or professional short films.
Submit to Film Freeway starting on May 15, 2023! Last day to submit is June 19, 2023. If your film is chosen, you will be notified via email on July 3, 2023 and the event will take place on July 7, 2023. The pop-up event will happen during First Friday on July 7th, 2023, starting at 7pm at the Ritz Theatre. Tickets are FREE and are required to attend.
Leading up to our main event, the Golden Isles Film Festival, we will host a series of pop-up events to give you a taste of what the main festival will look and feel like. Mini-Film Series and Feature Film+
We enjoyed being able to screen 3 fun and cinematic pieces of short films: Ivan Rome’s Tik Tok Challenged, David Luck’s Death by King Cake, and Sam Ghioto’s Solidarity.
In August we screened My Partner, a film by Lance Collins, followed by our final screening of Craig Brown’s Between Mercy & Me in October of 2023.
